The Multi Task

Each activity is designed to develop teamwork and leadership skills. We have a wide range of physical and digital activities to choose from, each tailorable to reflect the key imperatives of your organisation. We will work with you to design and develop relevant activities linked to themes the event needs to focus on Based on other client events, example activity themes include: company values, customer service, commerciality, effective resourcing, stakeholder management, risk management, effective communication, operational excellence (to name but a few).

Based on the number activities, participants pitch for and agree which challenge they will lead, with each team member managing a specific activity. Teams must work collaboratively, led by their team colleague to deliver the activity outcomes. Typically, each activity is around 1-hour in duration, allowing time for planning, execution and reflection, before moving onto the next activity.

After every challenge, teams come together to review their performance and engage in constructive feedback sessions. These debriefs are a core part of the simulation experience, allowing participants to reflect on decision-making, analyse outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. By fostering open dialogue and collaborative learning, the process encourages continuous development and builds critical thinking skills. This structured feedback loop ensures that each challenge becomes a valuable learning moment, helping individuals and teams grow stronger.

Points earned through the activities unlock credits for the Finale activity. This culminating challenge acts as the ultimate test of teamwork, communication, and decision-making. As teams navigate earlier activities and earn points, they accumulate the resources needed for the Finale. This dynamic scoring system keeps teams engaged and motivated, rewarding not just performance but also consistent effort and smart planning. By the time they reach the Finale activity, participants are equipped with earned credits, and ready to bring their skills together.

The event concludes with a thrilling, high-energy Finale activity that brings everything together in an exciting showcase of creativity and collaboration. This culminating challenge is designed to encourage teams to adopt and demonstrate a growth mindset, innovative ideas, and team synergy in a time-bound environment. Just like the activities in the previous part of the event, the Finale activity would be drawn from one of our portfolio of experiential activities. We have a range of options and approaches for the Finale, that we’d decide in partnership with you. The Finale activity would be a celebration of effort, learning, and teamwork, leaving participants with a memorable experience. We’d also include a ‘Commitments’ session where they explore valuable insights they can take back and commit to in the workplace.

Some clients also link the Finale activity to a charitable cause, adding another valuable dimension to the team-building experience.
