We follow a tried and tested approach…
Each assessment begins with a consultation to understand your leadership model, role profiles, and strategic priorities. From there, we tailor one of our simulations or activities that best mirror your needs and business context.
We can also design something bespoke to your needs and handover the solution for internal delivery, fully supported through Train-The-Trainer sessions and guides.
During the event, trained facilitators and coaches manage the simulation delivery, and capture real-time behaviours and leadership dynamics as participants navigate complex scenarios. We use behavioural anchors and structured frameworks to ensure consistency, fairness, and objectivity in evaluation.
We would also be happy for your own coaches to be involved in the delivery, observing behaviours and contributing to the 360 assessment.
Within a timeframe agreed with you, we compile a comprehensive insight report for each participant, outlining observed strengths, growth priorities, and development recommendations. Depending on your needs, we can also provide optional feedback and coaching sessions help translate these insights into action plans that drive measurable growth.
Our feedback will provide you with a clear, data-driven view of who is ready for greater responsibility and who would benefit most from targeted development.
