The UK’s largest transport and aviation organisation wanted to equip their graduate intake with the skills and behaviours needed to make a confident step up from academia to a high-performance corporate environment. They sought a dynamic, hands-on learning experience that would quickly embed practical business skills and foster professional behaviours set in the context of their organisation and industry.
Our solution
We designed and delivered an immersive development programme centred on two high-impact business simulations. These simulations recreated the complex, fast-paced challenges graduates would face in their new roles, encouraging them to apply critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills in a safe yet realistic environment. To deepen learning and reflection, we complemented the simulations with a series of targeted workshops led by experienced facilitators and industry experts.
