Our 'Introduction to Asset Management' programme allows employees to step into the shoes of a fund manager, making critical decisions and later assessing their own performance in order to make improvements in real-time.
How does the programme work?
Participants are split into teams and to try to outperform the benchmark and the competition by investing client money and making asset allocations over a time period.
The decisions made will be based on real-time economic conditions and market information, helping the participants to build relevant and up-to-date knowledge.
We then bring all the learning together. We analyse each team's performance and link the results back to your fund management business, highlighting the vital role they play in supporting business performance.
