Leadership Simulation Taster Day
We are excited to collaborate with Keystone Training for this event
Join us and experience a Leadership Simulation where leadership behaviour meets commercial reality

Most leadership development builds awareness. Very little changes how leaders behave when pressure hits.
Our Leadership Simulation, delivered in partnership with Keystone Training, creates a safe, stretching environment where leaders make real decisions, experience real consequences, and see the direct link between behaviour and business performance. Our one-day workshop will provide you with personalised leadership development, as well as the opportunity to experience first-hand a condensed version of what your leaders would experience in our leadership simulation.
What makes the simulation different?
It is not a classroom exercise. In our simulation, leaders work in teams to run their organisation through fast-moving commercial, operational, and people challenges. Decisions are made under time pressure, conditions shift, and outcomes unfold in real time.
Expert behavioural coaches observe and challenge in the moment, helping leaders connect their choices and behaviours to the results they create. In our simulation, leaders don’t just talk about leadership – they live it.
What you’ll experience at our event
Designed for HR, L&D, Talent, or line professionals involved in implementing leadership development, the event includes:
- A one-day immersive version of our leadership simulation
- Live, personalised behavioural coaching
- Insight into where simulations sit within wider leadership strategies.
You’ll leave having experienced the simulation first-hand, with personalised actions, and understanding why organisations use it to create real change in leadership behaviour. Plus, as a thank you for attending, every attendee will receive a complimentary one-to-one follow-up coaching session with a behavioural coach.

Why do organisations commission leadership simulations?
Simulations are used when organisations need more than frameworks or theory – when they need to shift behaviour and build networks and relationships that last beyond the room. They are particularly effective for:
- Strategy, transformation, or culture change
- Stronger commercial and enterprise thinking
- Cross-functional collaboration under pressure
- Leading in ambiguity, not ideal conditions.
With us, leadership behaviour is made visible and coachable.
