Traders receive orders from Asset Managers, analyse market news and select competitive bid and offer prices to execute trades. They respond to changing market conditions while seeking to achieve the best possible execution.
Market Makers provide liquidity by tracking market news, monitoring competitor activity and submitting two-way quotes to the exchange. They trade with Traders from other teams, managing positions and responding to price movements.
