An exclusive event designed for HR and L&D professionals to experience our unique experiential banking simulation
The goal of the M&A simulation is for teams to work in the best interest of their clients (either a buyer or seller) across the entire M&A process, from initial deal identification and analysis to negotiation. Stepping into the shoes of an M&A Advisory Team, throughout the process, participants need to consider their client’s business and financial situation, as well as the wider sector. They also need to work effectively with advisory teams from other banks to reach ‘win-win agreements’ that create value for both companies.
The event will be led by Noopur Agarwal, Senior Consultant Trainer at MDA Training. Noopur brings over 14 years of experience, drawn from a mix of working in various financial institutions and the training industry. She will be joined by other members of our training team to help facilitate the event and demonstrate our experiential and engaging approach to learning.
