This challenging simulation involves participants in a number of competitive acquisitions.  There are several potential clients looking to make acquisitions and plenty of potential targets in the marketplace.  As M&A advisors the participants have to make sure they negotiate and structure the best deal for their clients whilst earning fees for themselves.  They can pitch to work on behalf of the buyers or the sellers.

The winning team is decided on the quality of the deals done, the prices achieved, and the fees earned.

For an additional challenge, the simulation can be amended to include raising the finance for the M&A deals.
